Thomas J. Holmes

Thomas J. Holmes is a shareholder here at Beard St. Clair Gaffney. Mr. Holmes works primarily in the real estate, business, and estate planning areas. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1972, and with a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1976. He was an assistant editor of the Nebraska Law Review, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1974, and has served as City Attorney for the City of Chubbuck since 1988. He is a founding organizer and member of the Board of Directors of Citizens Community Bank in Pocatello and is Chairman of the loan Audit Committee and a member of the Loan Committee. Mr. Holmes is a past director of Gate City Rotary, board member of the Greater Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce and Developmental Options. Mr. Holmes works primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts and probate, and real estate.
