Kessler M. Baker

Kessler is an associate at Beard St. Clair Gaffney PA and a member of the firm’s intellectual property group. Kessler is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and enjoys helping clients with their patent, trademark, and copyright issues. He is also a part of the firm’s litigation and transactional teams.

Kessler is the son of a retired Air Force colonel and spent his childhood frequently moving across the country. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. He then attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Kessler met his wife, Natallia, a native of eastern Idaho, and during their courtship Kessler fell in love with the area’s beautiful vistas and opportunities for outdoor recreation.

In his personal life, Kessler loves to hike, run, play basketball and pickleball, read Brandon Sanderson novels, and watch college football with friends and family. He and his family enjoy everything about eastern Idaho.
