Herb has extensive experience in all areas of business law, real estate, private finance, estate planning, and dispute resolution. Prior to moving to the Tetons in 2007, Herb was a partner in a prominent law firm in Buffalo, New York where he managed the firm’s real estate practice group.
Herb has always volunteered in his community. He is currently a board member of Silicon Couloir, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and mentoring startup companies in the Teton region. Herb served nine years on the Board of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley which supports local nonprofits and hosts the annual Tin Cup Challenge. Prior to moving to the Tetons, Herb was a board member of several non-profit entities in Buffalo, including the nationally-renowned Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center, and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, a well-known think tank for stimulating economic growth and business development.
In his free time, you’ll find Herb in the outdoors backcountry skiing, mountain biking, running, river rafting, kiteboarding, sailing, or golfing.
