Joe joined Beard St. Clair Gaffney in 2016, where his practice focuses on business transactions, estate planning, probate, and guardianship. He is licensed to practice in both Idaho and Montana.
Joe grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana. He attended the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law, graduating in 2014. Joe began his legal career in southwestern Montana, working in a general practice setting. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has focused his practice on business transactions, estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Joe serves clients throughout the region, dividing his time between our offices in Idaho Falls and Pocatello.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife and five children.
