Lindsay M. Lofgran has been with the firm since 2011 and is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming. Lindsay specializes in transactional law, including estate planning and administration, business formation and representation, and succession planning for family-owned businesses. In addition, Lindsay counsels individuals and entities on a wide range of real property issues involving residential, agricultural, and commercial properties, including sales, leases, easements, HOAs, and protective covenants. Prior to specializing in the transactional and real property areas, Lindsay provided essential litigation support in commercial litigation issues. Lindsay’s litigation experience has provided her with valuable insight into protecting clients’ assets and real property interests.
Lindsay received her Juris Doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where she appeared multiple times on the Dean’s List. Prior to attending law school, Lindsay received her undergraduate degree in communications with a business management minor from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah as a Gordon B. Hinckley Presidential Scholar.
Lindsay was born and raised in Rexburg. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling (including visiting state and national parks), reading, and playing her violin in the Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra.
